Listen "Stovetop Popcorn with Cheesy Seasoning"
Episode Synopsis
In last week’s episode, Frankie told us that he eats in small portions with a couple mid-day snacks. So you may wonder if you can make healthy snacks at home? Sure yes!
What’s your favourite snacks? I bet many of you would say popcorns. Maybe you’ve seen popcorn poppers Walmart sells, or organic popcorn kernels on sale. Yes you can make air-popped popcorn for a healthy, crunchy snack. You can make popcorn on stove or stove top popcorn at home! You don’t need a popcorn stove, just normal kitchen stove. Be sure to use oven mitts when shaking the saucepan. So today we are learning to make stovetop popcorn at home! Let’s listen together.
Your host Charlie Wang, based in Toronto Canada, is the founder of this podcast show. His father is a stroke survivor.
He started this podcast, because he wanted to help people with the knowledge of healthy food to avoid what had happened to his father and his friend. He hopes you will all be healthy, and have healthy relationships and better lives because you and your family are all physically healthy, and eating better.
Feel free to post what you would like him NOT to talk about, and what you cooked yesterday. Or email to [email protected].
