Listen "#1 Tip to Keep You Physically Fit"
Episode Synopsis
I had a chat with one of my neighbours the other day, and said I didn’t see your son so often nowadays. “Yeah, he mostly stays at home.” Another day, I saw the boy of another neighbour of mine, and he told me it was his first day outside of his house over the last half year.
CNNHealth had an article online last December saying reduced physical activity can impact health in just 2 weeks. However, why have people started some physical exercises in the past, kept for a few weeks or months, then ended up stopped completely?
Today’s topic will tell you the #1 tip to keep you physically fit. Let’s have a listen together!
Your host Charlie Wang, based in Toronto Canada, is the founder of this podcast show. His father is a stroke survivor.
He started this podcast, because he wanted to help people with the knowledge of healthy food to avoid what had happened to his father and his friend, as well as healthy mindset, mentality and attitude towards life. He hopes you will all be healthy, and have healthy relationships and better lives because you and your family are all physically healthy, eating better, and equipped with life's wisdom.
Feel free to post what you would like him NOT to talk about, or email to [email protected].
