In this episode you get to listen to a spoken word poem that I wrote. This one is near and dear to my heart as it encompasses a lot of my experiences with men; including my dad, my son, clients I've worked with and some relationships I have been in. I am publishing it this November 2023 because it is also Movember - to raise awareness for Men's Mental Health.
My intention is, is that it brings you hope, healing and to know that you are loved no matter how you feel.
