Sicilian wines are a regular fascination of mine. Though a small island, the variety of terroir and grapes is vast and the indigenous grapes there are unique. When you taste the wines of Cantine Ermes, you are taken to the island. I have been a fan of Cantine Ermes and often find myself ordering the wines off the menu at restaurants that carry them.
