In Episode 108 we continue our trauma healing series by talking about how each step in our Spiritual Processing of trauma requires a huge amount of courage. Acknowledgment of the trauma (both to ourselves and to others), mentally processing it, physically/emotionally/energetically processing it, and then releasing the frequency from our bodies-- all of these ask so much of us in terms of being courageous. This meditation is a call to release our frequencies of fear and call in the courage of fiery, unconditional love that will help us in our trauma healing process.
