Listen "060 | How to Set Aligned Goals - My Step By Step Process"
Episode Synopsis
In today’s episode, I want to talk with you more about how to set aligned goals, and the step by step process I personally use. I want you to get very intentional about setting goals and priorities that bring you closer to what you REALLY want for you and your family. In this episode, we cover: Giving yourself permission to dream with NO boundaries, and thinking about the prompt “wouldn’t it be cool if..” (fill in the blank with your goals) Painting a picture with your goals as they relate to specific physical, emotional, spiritual, psychological, financial, and more aspects in your life Choosing your top 10 goals and writing them down as if they’re already true Looking at how each of your goals fit into your big picture Narrowing your list of goals down to ONE, and write down/take note of the reasons WHY you are choosing this one Doing a huge brain dump to get all of your thoughts and ideas out and onto paper Taking one step at a time (ex. Like knocking dominoes over), instead of trying to do everything you need to do at once The magic that comes from sharing about your unique goals with other women who are encouraging and challenging you in the same room Resources & Links: Learn more about ASCEND retreats and get on my email list to get all the updates!
