When you think of serial killers most people think of Gacey, Dahmer or Bundy. The name Michael Swango may not be as familiar to those outside of Quincy, however many here remember the poisoning of his fellow medical professionals. Beyond Quincy, Swango spent time as a doctor in multiple hospitals in and outside the country. No matter the location his patients increasingly began dying mysterious deaths which quickly turned suspicion on Swango who was eventually arrested and convicted of many murders.
