Listen "Anti-Resolution Resolutions"
Episode Synopsis
Why make impossible resolutions? If you haven’t worked out for more than an hour in 2021, why do you think you can handle an hour a day in 2022?
This is our annual anti-resolution resolution episode. Ten things to stop doing in the new year, such as, but not limited to:
- Pleasing people who cannot be pleased
- Saying yes when you want to say no
- Living in perpetual disappointment because you can’t communicate your expectations
- Buying things on Instagram
We’re sure we could have given you a list of things to START doing but you probably have enough of those. Starting some of the best habits in life begin with quitting some of the worst ones.
Good luck and Godspeed. May 2022 not be quite the Jack leg that her two predecessors have been.
