My birthday is coming up on Sunday, January 22nd. I'm grateful for another year to be here. I love that my birthday is around the energy of Dr. Martin Luther King ,Jr... the Peacemaker. My time, your time, our time on this planet is FINITE and my birthday reminds me of that fact  There are only so many rotations around the sun we will make in these bodies.

I'm making peace with my decisions and where I am in life. I am in a creative stage and I'm energized with sharing my knowledge and wisdom from a place of gratitude. I share my thoughts on social media and in our meditation sessions on Insight Timer and the LIVE Breathe with Barbara monthly offerings. We are all creators with THE CREATOR... GOD, UNIVERSE, SOURCE, GREAT SPIRIT, LOVE BEAUTY, - whatever you call on when you need clarity and guidance. I am creating and enjoying the process.

As I reflected over my 2022, and I'm still in deep reflection, I am grateful to be moving in the direction of my Talents, Abilities, Gifts and Skills - my TAGS. I am so grateful I followed the guidance to create my card deck, Relax, Listen, and Trust Your Inner Guidance.
