🥮 “Why Do Vietnamese celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival?” The Mid Autumn Festival (Tết Trung Thu) is here! In this episode, we talk about the Vietnamese Legends of the Mid Autumn Festival, local traditions, our favourite mooncake types and much more! The Mid Autumn Festival is celebrated in many East and Southeast Asian countries, each country has their own variations of traditions and customs. Over time the festival evolved with time and has adapted to modern times as well as other societies. This season is a time for reunion and fun for the family under the bright full moon. This episode touches on our experiences growing up with the festival both overseas and in Vietnam.
