The Birmingham, Alabama native goes into detail about his extremely exceptional relationship with his dad, how he was able to learn everything it took to be on the news so early on, what it was like growing up with his father on TV, how to build incredible connections and much more.
At the conclusion of the conversation (35:46), Billy gets back on the microphone to describe how his path to getting on-air was completely different than Jack’s. He highlights what he learned from three of the most valuable people in his life and how those teachings made him who he is today.
