It’s May, Mental Health Awareness Month - so if you or anyone you know is suffering or in a crisis, know that 988 is a number you can call to get resources & support and at the very least…have someone to talk to.

In this episode, the tree branching is all over the place like a roller coaster with changing tracks parentheses that actually sounds like a cool idea. Note to self conceptualize a roller coaster where the tracks change and people can vote on where they can go parenthesis.

Ironically, I do talk about roller coasters quite extensively in this episode and how important it is for us to choose the track we’d like to be on during our ride on this planet.

Defining success is different for everyone, and most importantly individually – in order for it to be valid, I found I needed to spend a lot of time with myself, looking in the mirror and reflecting on how I interact and set goals in order to create a reasonable definition of success for myself.
