In today's episode, Glenn and I had the wonderful opportunity to spend some time with creative problem solver, award-winning multi-media artist and photographer, nature champion, sustainability advocate, self-professed possibilitist, and TEDx speaker, Frances Litman.
Frances' opening response of, "I ask myself that all the time" opened the door to an engaging, passionate conversation on positivity, consciousness, the power of nature, asking ourselves what we want, and becoming aware that we are always creating our future in the present moment.
Frances talked about her teen years working at a local newspaper, and the transition from typewriters, newswire, and film to computers, internet, and digitization. Truth seeking, asking questions, interconnectivity, critical thinking, the creative process, perception, David Suzuki, looking through lenses, always choosing, the virtual life of today's youth, the empowerment of being in nature, solutions, narrative, First Nations wisdom, and the power of prayer and meditation are just some of the topics that bubbled up during our time together.
