He reports experiencing periods of dissociation and memory loss since adolescence. The patient exhibits two distinct alter personalities, colloquially referred to as "Tweedle Dee" and "Tweedle Dum."Alter Personalities:1. "Tweedle Dum": Presents as jovial, optimistic, and childlike. Often speaks in rhymes and riddles.2. "Tweedle Dee": Manifests as more serious, literal-minded, and prone to pessimism.Treatment History:- Ongoing psychotherapy since unknown- Prescribed antidepressants and anti-anxiety medication (see current medications)- Participated in group therapy for DID patients.- Admitted to The Carcosa Institute for intensive treatment and observation (date of admission to be added)Current Status:Mr. Tweedle is currently under the care of Dr. King at The Carcosa Institute. He has shown improvement in integrating his alter personalities but continues to experience episodes of dissociation.
