KYW Newsradio’s Hadas Kuznits met him at the Radnor restaurant where they spoke about the opening, the layout and the tableside service, geeked out over kitchen equipment, and dreamed about warmer spring weather as they looked out on Amada’s two outdoor patio spaces from their vantage point in the dining room.
