Cirque du Soleil's traveling show "Amaluna" opened in Montgomery County this week and will be in town for about a month. KYW Newsradio's Hadas Kuznits got a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to keep this operation well fed. She spoke with kitchen manager Abdel Soriano about what and how much these high performance artists eat, got a tour of the kitchen and learned about the well-oiled process of setting up and breaking down the circus commissary.
