Listen "EP 11 | I've been in a funk"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode, I am reading a post I am shared on Substack on the 26th March 2025.I have made the decision to create audio versions of my written content to ensure the blindness and low vision community, or people who just prefer to listen, can access and enjoy my muse. It’s titled ‘I’ve been in a funk. And by funk I mean, really freaking irritated’.I share some truth about feeling pretty irritated and how I have a tendency to retreat when I’m feeling funky. But how sharing what’s real, right now, can help shift the energy. I share the power of being open and honest and how looking at the ‘real’ can create safety and connection. I talk a little about the impact of social media’s fallacy of perfection and the impact that has on authentic businesses suffering because the enchantment of deception doesn’t have a home in the real.Support the showConnect with Tanya: Website Substack Instagram This episode was recorded on Dharug Country and I acknowledge and pay my respects to the traditional custodians of this land.
