In this episode I have an amazing conversation with Cincinnati Ohio based hip-hop artist Ray Will. After initially meeting Ray as a client as we sat down for a meeting to chat about working together, it immediately hit me that not only was he a great person to talk to, but an incredibly passionate person on top of that. From that day, knowing that at some point I wanted to make this podcast happen, he was on my guest list. So, here it is!
