Listen "11 youth on what it's like to be Muslim in Canada, what non-Muslims should remember, and how they can help out. "
Episode Synopsis
It's just me(Maeve) hosting this week's episode, but we have 11 guests to make up for it! Following the recent horrifying terrorist attack in London, Ontario, I decided to reach out to Muslims in my community to ask them to respond to a series of questions: 'What is it like to be Muslim in Canada right now?', 'What is something you'd like non-Muslims to know or remember?', and 'How can non-Muslims be better allies for Muslims?'. I then collected the responses and amalgamated them into this week's episode. Please listen and share this episode. Continue to educate yourself, to stand for those who are struggling, and to speak out against injustice. All in all, support the marginalized people in your lives.
