There is room for seriousness and there is room for fun in our lives. In this episode, we are getting into the importance of light & fun. I have come to find that lightheartedness & fun can be a real source of comfort, especially when things are hard. Sometimes authentically caring for our souls looks like allowing ourselves some space from the heavy and being reminded of the fun.
