To celebrate International Women’s day this month, we are joined with Joanna Jagger to speak about women in the tourism and hospitality industry. Joanna Jagger is the President and founder of WORTH Association, a society for women of recreation, tourism and hospitality. Joanna is a Convenor and Instructor in the School of Tourism Management at Capilano University. She is passionate about educating future leaders and moving the dial for gender equity. In this episode, we talk about occupational gender segregation, gender bias for working mothers, and the gender wage gap.
