This sparked a lifelong passion for Bigfoot hunting with his father, including camping trips south of Mount St. Helens where they heard tree knocking and whoops, and visits to local prospectors in Cougar, who confirmed peaceful interactions with Bigfoot and shared stories of the Ape Canyon event.
