How come when babies are learning to roll over, sit up, crawl, walk, or run, we praise them for achieving that milestone, but yet when it comes to our own milestones that build upon each other, we chastise ourselves for not making it to the next level already? How convoluted is that? That is what is discussed in this episode, along with my goals for the weeks, aspirations for what is to follow, and how I'm focusing on celebrating even the small victories this time around.
