The Bible talks about those we associate with, and we look at some of those passages. Sometimes Christians get involved in frivolous controversies and we note the danger involved in this activity. It is important for the faithful disciple to pay attention to what is being taught and this is indicated in several passages the Holy Spirit supplied us through the inspired writers. This is related to rejecting false doctrine and being willing to stand up against it as the Bible clearly teaches in a number of passages that we discuss.
