This week’s show features restaurant owner, chef, entrepreneur Drake Doepke. Drake is a Montana born world traveler who has successfully combined his lover of food, art and cultures with business and is the co-owner of Missoula’s newest restaurant – Florabella – a Northern Italian food eatery located on Brooks Street in the old Caffe Dolce building. Drake also owns two SakeToMe sushi restaurants in Missoula and Big Fork, as well as Michi Ramen bar also in Missoula. The boys talk food, food and more food (and some travel too!).
