Listen "Ep 39 Can Sorry ALWAYS Fix It?"
Episode Synopsis
Welcome to the 39th episode of We've Got This... Maybe! The Podcast!
In this episode we unpack what an apology really means. We talk about the difference between a quick, automatic “sorry” and the kind of apology that comes with understanding, accountability and change. We reflect on times we’ve apologised just to smooth things over… and the moments when hearing “sorry” didn’t actually make anything feel better at all.
We chat how saying sorry shows up in our relationships, our friendships, and especially in parenting. Are we teaching our children to understand the impact of their actions, or are we just training them to avoid getting into trouble? And what about us as adults?! Why do some of us apologise for everything, while others find it almost impossible to say the words at all?
We'd love to hear from you so drop us a message on socials or email us at [email protected].
