This  Easter Sunday we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the hope that now defines us. Jesus brought more than wise teaching, miracles or political upheaval. He brought new life. He restored what was broken between God and man. His victory over the grave secured our living hope. This Sunday we will remember the death of death and rejoice in the relationship made possible through Christ.As we consider the grace poured out at the cross and the victory declared at the empty tomb, ask yourself: Is my heart shaped by gratitude for His sacrifice? Are there areas of my life still needing to come under the power of His resurrection?
