Listen "Navigating The Election with Authenticity"
Episode Synopsis
We're less than two weeks away from the election here in the United States, and it's hard not to be aware of the intensity and importance of it. For a number of reasons, I've been feeling scared - anxious to see how it all plays out and nervous about the outcome. On this episode, I talk about my personal feelings about the election and also about some of the challenges we face in our relationships with people who may be voting for a different candidate than we are. I offer some ideas for how we can navigate these challenges before and after the election. I also talk about how we can take positive actions before the election, and then focus on healing and coming together after it's over.
