I'm Wendy K Laidlaw - an Amazon multi–best-selling author and Advanced Emotional Empowerment Coach.

This is the space where I help people mine their emotions for deeper messages and meaning;- the deeply feeling people I lovingly call 'Perceptive Powerhouses' and 'Super-Sensitives'.

Through a series of specific, science-based pathways, time tested protocols and tools, I teach deeply feeling people how to decode and uncover their emotional messages, embrace their full range of emotions, and ultimately Unleash their Inner Picasso™ - discovering the rare jewels, gems, and treasures that lie within their heart and soul.

For over 12 years, I've been honoured to educate and empower tens of thousands of women with endometriosis to heal naturally after my own personal journey back to health.

Now, my mission and primary focus is illness prevention and the personal empowerment of deeply feeling people.

Perceptive Powerhouses and Super-Sensitives often internalise and absorb the people, places, and things around them without even realising it.

So this podcast is for those who are ready for change!

Not only to change the old narrative, "I'm too sensitive" but instead recognise their unique gifts as profound "secret-strengths".

Once disease or illness presents itself it can be a long journey back to health. My primary aim is to gently nudge Super-Sensitives to increase their awareness of their sensitivity to make the necessary life, work or relational changes BEFORE the body has to scream "NO."

Because prevention is always better than cure.

This podcast is also for parents, teachers, advanced therapists, and performance coaches who want to empower highly intuitive and sensitive children, students, and clients.

By learning to embrace sensitivity as a true superpower, you can help them rise to new heights and guide them to see their emotions in a whole new light - with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

I believe that when Super-Sensitives are supported with science-based protocols and practical approaches along with compassionate understanding, the brain and body work together in a new and powerful way - improving emotional balance, resilience, and even physical health.
