It was a sheer delight having Amanda Novena, owner of Details by Mandii, as my guest for Episode 80. Her infectious laugh and deep commitment to helping wedding couples curate their dream day, made her the dream guest to represent the next generation of amazing wedding professionals.

She shares his journey from suburban Ohio to Manhattan, working on events at BCBG Max Azria and Victoria's Secret, before moving to Cipriani as well as at the bridal-wear house BHLDN,  In 2017, she successfully launched Details By Mandii  immediately establishing herself as one of Manhattan's future innovators of the wedding industry.

Not letting the 2020 pandemic of ruin her plans, she actually got married this March in Central Park with the only guests being her photographer and an officiant. Hearing her lovingly describe her wedding day is incredibly beautiful and deeply moving.
