After a strong cold front on today, cold temperatures are expected to stick around into the weekend. Lows Friday and Saturday night will be in the teens and 20s. Temperatures should warm above freezing each afternoon. However, there continues to be a low to medium chance some across North Texas remain below freezing all afternoon Friday, with best chances near the Red River.We will transition from a cold and dry pattern this weekend to a mild and rainy pattern next week. High temperatures will go from the 30s on Sunday to the 40s on Monday to the 60s for the rest of the week.
