After a strong cold front that arrived last evening, today will be partly sunny, brisk, and cooler with highs ranging from the mid-50s Red River to the lower to mid-60s across Central. Mostly clear and cool tonight with lows mostly in the lower to mid-40s. Winds will shift more east-southeast on Wednesday and will draw some moisture back across the area. As a strong disturbance lifts northeast from Mexico during the afternoon, a few storms will erupt with a threat to become strong or even severe with highs ranging between the mid-60s and lower 70s.
