Sky conditions, particularly low clouds, will likely be their worst around 9 to 11 am. Some scattering and dissipation of low clouds is expected between 11 am and the time of the eclipse. The best viewing conditions are most likely to be north of I-20. Some unluckier areas will still have dense low clouds with low eclipse viewability. Thinner high clouds are expected, which will allow for many features to be viewable.
