Working in the workplace can raise much conflict.  We experience diverse work styles, different personality types, and carry different perspectives.  Diversity has become a popular (yet triggering) word for many circles but as the world continues to change, it is important that we elevate our emotional intelligence and manage ourselves appropriately.  In this episode, I speak with Kendra R.
