How many times have you looked back at previous versions of yourself and felt regret, shame or criticism for decisions you’ve made, how you’ve shown up in the world, for repeating old survival patterns and not learning the lessons sooner…For not knowing what you couldn’t have known before grew wiser. Today we’re chatting about the f-word. Yep forgiveness. Or maybe it’s more a case of radical acceptance for what was.
