Listen "Tadej's Audacious Solo Win at Worlds"
Episode Synopsis
Randy and Dean Warren talk about the latest in professional bicycle racing. Randy gives a little update on the condition of Asheville, where he resides after Hurricane Helene ravaged the area. Dean was in Zürich for the men's world championship road race. Most were surprised not that Tadej attacked from distance and soloed to win the rainbow jersey, but from how far out he attacked. Dean talked afterwards to three US racers and Kevin Vermaerke and Neilson Powless give their take on the race. Dean also has the shortest interview with Quinn Simmons. American Chloe Dygert produced a gutsy performance to take silver in the women's road race.
