I have Chosen a #righteous man from the east. He is the one in whom the #LORD has brought to the forefront. The goal is to foment judgment on the heathen nations, their gods, and to deliver #Judah from #Captivity. In #Babylon #God has blessed and raised up #Daniel among other Jews who come to the forefront. In Captivity the Jews we see in Daniel's record are keeping their #faith and eye on the Lord. The time of #deliverance from Babylon approaches. Here Isaiah is #prophesying of that time of deliverance. In the midst are the heathen, large armies, national power, and their idols. Can they stop the prophecy and the one behind all things?
