Trivinia Barber is the founder and owner of Priority VA, a company dedicated to providing virtual assistants to entrepreneurs everywhere. After receiving high demand for her virtual personal assistance, Trivinia had the idea to start her company and strategically vet virtual assistants to entrepreneurs across the country.  I ask her about the trials of working with entrepreneurs who find it difficult to relinquish some of their daily activities to someone else, and we also discuss the the most important criteria when looking to hire a personal assistant.
