Managerial change at the end of 2016 at Borussia Mönchengladbach: André Schubert, having only picked up 16 points in 16 matches with the Foals in the League, is replaced by Dieter Hecking. Two defeats by Augsburg and Wolfsburg meant the end for Schuberts stint after 62 matches with Borussia, helping them reach the Champions League and fourth Place in the League in Sommer.
