The Mercy of God is an attribute that is central to the character of God. In Exodus 34:6, as God paraded his glory in front of Moses, in the form of all of His Goodness, the first thing God speaks of is His nature as a merciful God. In a man’s encounter with the Glory of God, mercy is the basis.
