Our guest on today’s VMware Multi-Cloud Podcast is Jad El-Zein. Jad is a Technology Director in VMware's Cloud Management Office of the CTO with nearly two and a half decades of experience in IT. Jad’s background includes over a decade long tenure with Lockheed Martin where he was a customer of VMware. He and has spent much of the last decade at VMware focused on multi-cloud management and data center automation. Our interview of Jad focused on understanding how machine learning is now becoming an integral part IT operations management. Jad helped Eric and I understand how VMware vRealize is leveraging the concept of a “digital twin” to continuously simulate the behavior of any IT environment, simulating potentially millions of adjustments. vRealize can then automatically implement those actions that have the most impact on improving the overall performance of the environment.
