In this week’s highlights show we celebrate our Royal Parks & how to best use the glorious green spaces of SW London!Our ‘Local Hero’ is the volunteer programme for the Southwest London Royal Parks of Bushy and Richmond and their coordinator Joanne Meays who told us how we can get involved and all the brilliant benefits to working outdoors helping to sustain our parks. Our ‘Local Expert’ is the lovely Personal Trainer Neil Sawell – his clients tell me there is no one more supportive and gently motivating when it comes to getting them into the fresh air and fit to live their very best lives. He advises us on how to shake off the January blues and use our natural environment for fun & fitness.
