Host Gwen Witherspoon interviews Dr. Michelle Frazier Trotman Scott, Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies in the College of Education at the University of West Georgia. She is also the owner of the E3 Enrichment Center. She teaches in the area of Special Education within the Department of Clinical and Professional Studies. Michelle has served as an adjunct professor, a superintendent of a charter middle school, and a director of a charter elementary school. She also taught and coached in the Columbus Public School System. With this breadth of experience, she shares about her vision to effectively prepare teachers to impact the lives of the students they will encounter in their careers.
