Delighted to share this conversation I had with fellow Coach, Dante DiBattista, on his podcast The Pursuit of Self Actualisation. We discuss my own healing journey and the impact it has had both on my worldview and the work I do with leaders today. Specifically, I share my experiences working with the tribes of the African interior and with leaders in modern digital tribes of the west. This coming summer I'll be running a number of unique retreats in Portugal to share the wisdom that has been imparted to me by the elders of these African tribes.
