Prayer changes things. I understand that now. Thinking back how Mr. Harvey used to always say that when I was working at the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Prayer changes things. It's our connection. It's how we talk to God. Now, how you choose to communicate, that's up to you. Whether that's you closing your hands and your eyes. Whether that's you going for a walk, working out, meditating. Whatever it is that helps you get that close connection. Sustain it. I was taking a listen to this track entitled "Pray" by Koryn Hawthorne and she says, "The Lord hears you when you pray. And He responds when you pray. Lord, all I can do is pray." Are you praying? What is it that you're seeking? Now, don't be hard on yourself because you experiencing some things that you didn't think you had to go through. You understand that that's how you get your stronger connection with God. Koryn goes on to say, "Things I had to go through so I could better know you. Because when I know I can't do it on my own, you're the one that I am leaning on. All things work together for the good. And if you said it, then it must be true.” See, there's confidence in knowing. And there's a peace in understanding how everything is working for your greater good. Now you're praying.
