SAILORS!
I would like to be the first to say that I appreciate you all for sailing with me for the past year and a half!! OK, so 59 percent of my audience are male which lets me know that I need to ensure and become more intentional with you all getting the messages that can fill your cups up! In this episode I collaborate with Lo Mills on the importance of men getting "self-maintenance" and taking care of themselves; while also expressing to MEN that it is ok too 1.) not be ok and 2.) to cry and express how they feel! Lo Mills also expresses the importance of men having a safe place to fall, while also expressing to the ladies why it is necessary to give a man the opportunity to have space and care for himself. 
All I can and will say is that MEN need love also!!
