Episode Synopsis
Leadership is a virtue marked by the act of taking charge of a group of individuals, considering the group dynamics and executing an objective by overcoming whatever adversities stand in your way. In this episode, we will explore the expedition and how we can learn from this example in order to lead more effectively in our own lives. Hosted by Jamie Adams with readings from Shackleton's first-hand account South by John Gallagher.
