Virtual Underground : How has this dille story started ?
Dille : It started in 2017, one year after my first techno rave. I was fascinated by discovering this kind of music that I haven’t known before. The motivation to do it by myself came through some friends that were also DJing and have let me use their turntables. So I started to collect own records and quickly got me my own gear.

Virtual Underground : Where do you draw your inspiration from ?
Dille : From hearing music all day long, I guess. It´s very pleasing for me to find new Artists/Labels that are making great music.


Virtual Underground : Could you describe your mixing process ?
Dille : That´s hard to tell! Podcasts, for example, don´t always reflect how I would play in a club setting. It takes it´s time to get in the right mood and even then I´m not always happy with the result and delete it.

Virtual Underground : Which software/hardware did you use for this set ?
Dille : 2x Pioneer CDJ-2000 NXS & 1x Allen&Heath XONE 92

Virtual Underground :What are your next plans ?
Dille : About 4/5 months ago I started to learn producing and it makes a lot of fun. So my only plan is to reach a level that I´m happy with but that will take a lot of time, I guess.
