Dr. Mehta is a cardiology fellow who trained for 3 years as an internal medicine resident and 1 year as a chief medical resident. She originally received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, followed by medical school at Columbia University School of Physicians & Surgeons. Dr. Mehta served as the Vice President of her graduating class and also as a member of the admissions committee. Following medical school, she completed internal medicine residency at the University of Pennsylvania and then a chief resident year. Dr. Mehta is currently a cardiology fellow and is committed to teaching others interested in medicine. She enjoys working as an advisor for MedSchoolCoach, helping pre-medical students gain acceptance to medical school.
