Gary Hunt is a UEFA A Licence coach, and most recently was U19s Head Coach at Waterford FC having previously been Head of Youth Development and U17s coach at the club. Gary also holds the UEFA Elite Youth A Licence and is an ambassador for The Coaches' Voice Academy.
Gary and I discuss a range of topics including balancing performance and development in an U19 environment, dealing with setbacks, coaching in the UEFA Women's Champions League, and overseeing the development of other coaches.
